Office Hours:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
8:00 am - 2:00 pm Saturdays (at Marshall and Huntsville clinics only)

Appointments:
New patients are requested to arrive 20 minutes before their appointment in order to register. We gladly accept Medicaid, Medicare, and/or private insurance. A Sliding Fee Scale is also available for those who qualify.

Sliding Fee Program:
Patients desiring to qualify for the sliding fee scale must bring last year's income tax form, or other proof of income. (Please call your BMRHC clinic location for more specific information on qualifying income proof ” other than a tax return.)

Sliding Fee participants will be charged a minimum of $15 before seeing the
Physician or nurse practitioner.
